About the Company

Political Action Committee Services LLC, also known as PAC Services was founded in 2001. The company office is located in Clinton, Maryland, about 15 minutes from downtown DC. PAC Services is the first company formed solely to provide PACs with compliance service and administrative support.

Our clientele has included every type of PAC including corporate PACs, professional and trade association PACs, leadership PACs and labor organization PACs. We provide federal, state and corporate campaign finance law compliance including report preparation and filing. In addition to compliance reporting, all administrative functions are available including receipt administration, disbursement administration, bank account reconciliation, budget management, grassroots program administration and PAC match program administration. We like to say our services are “Al La Carte”, every PAC is different and we will work with you to develop a set of services that fit your PAC needs.

Cresta Hill serves as CFO and Director of PAC Services. She has over 14 years of PAC management experience and has worked with over 70 different PACs of various types and sizes. Prior to working with political action committees, she worked in the accounting profession for over 7 years.

Our administrative staff is comprised of seasoned PAC professionals who have participated in formal training on federal and state campaign finance compliance. Every client is assigned a PAC administrator, along with a senior administrator for support and quality review. In addition Cresta and Sandi are always available to our clients.
